Muhammet Mağ

Muhammet Mağ is one of Turkey's most distinguished calligraphers and a master of the Jali Ta'liq script, receiving his ijaza (diploma/license) from grand master calligrapher Hasan Çelebi. He is also one of the few masters of today holding ijazas in both illumination and calligraphy.

He continues to work out of his studio in Uskudar and producing beautiful calligraphic and illumination works of art.
